About Other Artists
Johan Bengtsson
Johan Bengtsson is Lost Shadow’s real name. Under this real name I make artier music, some electronic and some more classically oriented (for strings or piano, mostly). Some of this material has been published on Last.fm.
My latest composition is called “After You, Keith” and is based on a sample from Keith Jarret’s Köln Concert.
House Mouse
My house-making alter ego. Lives in his studio (”Grandmother’s House”) with his mate Jansson Da Cat, and the Grandmother On The Stoned Mountain. Likes cheese a lot. Any similarity with a Swedish comic might be intended… I have recorded one song with Anders Bengtsson under this name, and made several remix contributions. Sometime I might put out a housy album under this name.
AVOID
AVOID is one of my side projects. The group consists of four members; Rockar-Jill, Narko-Man, Endolphins and Martin Hanser.
Currently the band works on a radio-theater-musical, which is near finishing. This has been a long project that started back in 2002-2003, and now might seem the light of day in 2009.

The Alvedons
The Alvedons is my more serious side project, even though we allow ourselves to have a lot of fun with music. We used to be three members; myself, Love Rönnelid and Jonatan Pontén, but the last year it has been only me and mr. Löve himself.
What kind of music we make differ. We often start off with something and ends up with a little bit of everything. Through the years we’ve tried doing rock, pop, bossa nova, fusion, jazz and even hard euro. The focus now is on a fusion between jazz and pop.
My role in the group is (like the other’s roles) multi-functional. I use to be the one who mixes it all together in the computer and tries reconnecting the cords when something doesn’t work. But I also do much of the drum programming, some of the keyboards, and a little bit of the bass playing. As well as I come up with ideas for songs.
We won the music contest Uppsala Musikskola’s Melodi-festival 2004! The song, called “Orange Lights” was performed by Cinna Gärdenfors.
